On the frontline during the water contamination, Bill worked with our state leaders to ensure our water was safe and refund the surcharge. Bill is an IT Consultant with over 40 years in the industry. He is a 44-year resident of Horsham Township. His wife, Janet, and he have two sons who now reside in Horsham Township with Bill’s and Janet’s grandchildren.

Eric Glemser
A lifelong resident of Horsham Township, Eric Glemser is deeply committed to the community where he was raised. A graduate of Hatboro-Horsham School District, he has spent 25 years working for the district, mentoring and supporting students. A father of two children currently enrolled in the schools, Eric has also coached Hatters Girls Basketball, instilling discipline, teamwork, and character in young athletes. His focus remains on family, fairness, and the future of Horsham.

Erin Whalen
Erin Whalen has called Horsham home for the past 27 years, raising her son here after a childhood in Philadelphia. She has worked in automotive administration for 29 years and currently serves on the Hatboro-Horsham School Board. Erin has dedicated three decades to coaching Special Olympics, volunteered with Challenger baseball, and taught Sunday School for over 15 years. Her commitment to family and community is at the heart of her service.

Eric Grier
A Hatboro-Horsham graduate from the Class of 1986, Eric Grier has lived in Horsham Township his entire life. Eric holds bachelor’s degrees in Earth and Space Science–Secondary Education and in General Science. With deep roots in the community and a strong background in education, Eric brings a lifelong commitment to improving opportunities for Hatboro-Horsham students.

Bernie Sousa and his family moved to Horsham in 2009, drawn by the township’s strong schools and reputation as one of the best small towns in America. With more than 20 years in the healthcare industry. Bernie is currently serving a term on the Police Pension Advisory Board and is looking forward to continuing to find ways to give back to the community.

Anthony Spangler
Anthony Spangler has been a Financial Advisor for 23 years and a Horsham resident for more than a decade. He served over eight years—including as Vice President and President—of a local Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) organization. Anthony now serves on the MIRIA board, working to fund the cleanup of PFCs in the community and protect Horsham’s environment for future generations.

Eric Tilghman lives in Horsham with his wife, Amy, and their three children. As part owner and CEO of Tilghman Builders, Inc., he leads with honesty, accountability, and kindness. Eric is running for school board to ensure schools are safe, disciplined, and focused on academic excellence, while safeguarding privacy and maintaining appropriate educational content. He approaches every challenge with calm, fairness, and common sense.

Jimmy Zuniga
Originally from Costa Rica, Jimmy Zuniga moved to the United States at age 17 and has lived in Hatboro since 2020. He holds a Law Degree from the University of New Hampshire and a bachelor’s degree in international business from DeSales University. As president of an export business in the energy industry, he has seen firsthand how American education compares globally. A father of two daughters, Jimmy is committed to high educational standards, respect for tradition, and preparing children to succeed in a competitive world.
