Your Endorsed Republican School Director Candidates Continuing to provide good government Louis A. Polaneczky Lou, a 20 year resident of Hatboro, and his wife Maureen have three children. Rory is a senior at Hatboro-Horsham High School, while Ele and Haley will be starting school in a few years. Lou has a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University and is a CPA. He has served on Hatboro Council and as Treasurer of the UMH Joint Sewer Authority. Lou has also taught business courses at Delaware Valley College. Marian McCouch Marian is a Horsham resident of 47 years. She is currently in her fourth year on the Hatboro Horsham School Board. She has 30 years experience with a healthcare company, currently serving as a manager within their financial reporting unit. Marian and her husband Mark of 26 years have 2 children attending college at Penn State and Gwynedd Mercy. Kelley B. Winters Kelley is an 11 year resident of Horsham. She and her husband Doug have been married for 19 years. They have 3 children who attend Hatboro-Horsham Schools. Kelley is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has worked in the medical field as a laboratory technologist and a pharmaceutical sales representative. She is an active volunteer in the schools and community and is currently a full-time wife and mother. Russel S. Bleiler Russel is a 12 year resident of Horsham. He and his wife Sharon of 18 years have 4 children in the Hatboro-Horsham school system. Russel is serving in his fourth year as School Director, and has been the Vice president of the Horsham hawks football organization for 4 years. He has been practicing Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for over 12 years in both Montgomery and Bucks Counties. Debi Mullen Debi is a 25 year resident of Horsham and a Penn State University grad. She and her husband of 24 years Jeff own and operate a small local business. Two of Debi’s children are attending college in Elizabethtown and East Stroudsburg and the other two are students in the Hatboro-Horsham School District. Eric E. Coombs Eric is a Horsham resident of 23 years. He is a Northeastern University grad, and CEO of LRW Solutions Group, Inc. Eric has served on the Horsham Planning Commission, coached Horsham Hawks Football and Horsham Lacrosse. He currently officiates for both football and Lacrosse. Eric and wife Tina of 22 years have a daughter currently attending University of Pittsburgh and a son who attends the Hatboro-Horsham Sr. High School. Prior to Council Bill served on the Horsham Water Authority, the Horsham Water and Sewer Authority and the Horsham Planning Commission. Bill has over 25 years experience as a manager and Information Technology consultant. He has been married to wife Janet for 33 years, and sons Bill and Bryan are Penn State Graduates. Andrew Santacroce Andy is a Horsham resident of 20 years. Andy is responsible for strategy & business development for Verizon enhanced communities. Andy also served as a board member on the Horsham police pension advisory committee, Montgomery County Development Corporation, the PA State Board of Barber Examiners and the Penn State Abington Advisory Board. He has been married to his wife Tina for 19 years, both of whom are Penn State Alumni, and they have two children attending Hatboro-Horsham schools. Deborah M. Tustin Deb has been a Horsham resident for ten years. She has served on the Hatboro-Horsham Educational Foundation, Horsham Water & Sewer Authority, Montgomery County Economic Development Task Force and has been service unit manager for Girl Scouts of America.
